Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking teammates to pick cases and containers for customer orders in a multi-level warehouse. You will operate a pallet jack or forklift, wrap and label pallets, and prepare shipments for loading while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Typical shift is Sun-Thu 5pm-Finish with pay starting at $19–24 per hour based on experience, plus up to $4 in differentials. Benefits include health, 401K matching, stock purchase plan, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Able to pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Able to become EPJ certified within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage systems.
• Move completed orders to loading dock using pallet jack and forklift.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and efficiency throughout the process.
• Wrap, label, and readied shipments for shipment in a timely manner.
• Perform duties assigned to support the department and company.
