Job summary

Performance Food Group's Performance Foodservice division is hiring a warehouse associate to select cases and other containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage. You will move pallets to the shipping dock using a pallet jack and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a timely manner.

This role offers pay of $19-$24 per hour with up to a $4 differential, plus benefits such as Day 1 Health & Wellness, 401K matching, stock purchase plan, education assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs (location dependent).
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock with pallet jack/forklift and prepare for shipment.
• Observe safety policies and maintain quality standards during the production flow.
• Operate pallet jacks along racks and locate products per order sheets.
• Shrink-wrap pallets as needed and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
