Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Selector to efficiently move products through the distribution process, selecting cases and loading pallets for shipment. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring accuracy and safety as you stock and retrieve items for customer orders.

Salary begins at $20/hour with incentive potential to reach about $27/hour. We offer Day 1 benefits and growth opportunities within a rewarding environment focused on safety and teamwork.

Formación

• Ability to work scheduled shifts including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs (location dependent).
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsabilidades

• Review work schedule, obtain supplies, and prepare for operations.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift before use.
• Wear required safety gear and PPE.
• Move pallets on multi-level racks and locate products per orders.
• Load items onto pallets and stage for shipping.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and wrap as needed.
• Replace batteries and maintain equipment.
• End-of-shift paperwork and security checks.
