Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring for a Warehouse Order Selector with responsibilities to pick cases and other items from multi-level racks, load pallets, and prepare orders for shipment. You will operate a pallet jack, maintain safety standards, and help ensure timely distribution for customers.

Starting pay includes $14/hr training, then $17–$20/hr on average; order selectors may earn $20–$42/hr. Benefits begin Day 1, including health, 401(k) matching, PTO, stock purchase plan, and education

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts and overtime.
• Stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate within racks to locate products.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock staging and prepare for shipment.
• Shrink-wrap pallets for staging and ensure safety and quality standards.
