Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a warehouse associate to select cases and other containers, load pallets, and prepare orders for shipping. You’ll operate a pallet jack and forklift, work in dry/cooler/freezer environments, and help ensure timely, accurate fulfillment in a busy distribution setting.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, meeting productivity targets, and supporting team operations. Day 1 benefits are offered; overtime and incentives may apply to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shifts.
• Lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Able to work in dry, cooler and freezer environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Become EPJ certified within new-hire training period.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of products to fill orders from warehouse racks.
• Place items on pallets, wrap, label and prep for shipment.
• Move orders to loading dock using pallet jack or forklift.
• Maintain safety standards and quality throughout the process.
• Support team and perform duties as assigned.
