Performance Food Group in Richmond, VA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick cases and other items from multi-level rack storage, load pallets with an electric pallet jack or forklift, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to safety and quality.

The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 2:30pm to finish, with competitive pay starting at $22 per hour and potential to reach $37 per hour in year one based on performance. Benefits include Day 1 health, 401(k) matching, and more.

Qualificações

• Must be able to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including overtime.
• Stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Lift and stack products weighing 10–100 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Become EPJ certified during new-hire training period.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety policies and procedures; keep area safe and report hazards.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies, and prepare for operations; perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Place pallets on pallet jack/forklift and locate items per order sheets.
• Move completed pallets to shipping dock; wrap as needed; ensure timely shipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
