Job summary

Performance Food Group’s Performance Foodservice division in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Warehouse Selector to pick and move products, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and ensure timely order fulfillment. You will work Sunday–Thursday with a 6:00 PM start, maintaining safety and quality while supporting a fast-paced distribution process.

The role offers starting pay of $18.57 per hour, with potential earnings of $24–$28 per hour after training, plus day-1 benefits, overtime opportunities, and

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified during new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare required supplies.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack and forklift.
• Wear all PPE and safety gear as required.
• Move product between loading dock and warehouse and within warehouse.
• Locate products using order sheets and load palletized items for shipment.
• Transport finished orders to shipping dock and prepare pallets for staging.
• Secure equipment and complete required paperwork at shift end.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
