Job summary

PFG Customized in the United States is seeking a warehouse associate to select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi‑level rack systems. You will operate an electric pallet jack or forklift, wrap pallets, label shipments, and prepare them for dispatch while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs, and working in multiple temperatures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing 10–35 lbs. regularly and up to approximately 60–100 lbs. (location dependent)
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer)
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period
• Ability to complete required training independently

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Move pallets to shipping dock using electric pallet jack/forklift and prepare for shipment.
• Wrap, label, and readied for shipment while observing safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety policies and complete required paperwork at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
