PFG Customized Distribution in Tennessee is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick cases and containers for customer orders from multi-level racks. You will use an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrap and label pallets, and prep shipments while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role offers 1st shift hours (9:00 am start, 10–12 hour shifts, Sunday-Thursday). Benefits begin Day 1, with stock purchase and retirement plan options; training included; strong growth and inclusive culture."

Qualifikationen

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.

Aufgaben

• Follow all safety policies and procedures and keep work area safe.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products per order sheets.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and shrink-wrap if required.
• Replace/recharge batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklists.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
