Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution is hiring a warehouse order picker to select cases and containers from multi-level racks and prepare orders for shipment. You will operate electric pallet jacks, move pallets to loading docks, and ensure safety and quality throughout the process.

Full-time shifts include Sunday, Tuesday, and Wed/Thu with varying start times; training pay starts at $18.54 per hour, with pay progression after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly for long periods.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move within multi-level racks according to orders.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock, shrink-wrap as needed.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at shift end.
