Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Warehouse Order Selector in Springfield, MO for Performance Foodservice. You will select cases and other items from multi-level racks, load pallets with an electric pallet jack, and prepare orders for shipment.

This shift runs Sunday through Thursday starting at 3 PM, with typical days 8–10 hours after training. Competitive pay up to $37 per hour, comprehensive benefits from day 1, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing 10-35 lbs. regularly and up to ~60-100 lbs.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers of food and non-foods to fill customer orders.
• Move completed orders to loading dock staging with pallet jack/forklift.
• Ensure safety and quality standards while maintaining efficient product flow.
• Perform duties as assigned to support the department and company.
