Performance Food Group in Missouri is seeking team members for a distribution center role that selects cases and other containers from multi-level racks to fulfill customer orders. You’ll ride an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrap and label pallets, and prepare shipments, all while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role runs Sunday–Friday with 4-5 day weeks and roughly 40 hours. Training pay starts at $20/hour with incentives, potentially rising above $26/hour after training, and

Competenze

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• EPJ certification within the new-hire training period.
• Complete required training independently.

Mansioni

• Follow all safety policies and procedures and keep the work area safe.
• Review work schedule, gather supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along racks to locate products.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if required.
• Complete paperwork and perform other related duties as needed.
