Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring for a Warehouse Order Selector role in McKinney, TX. You will select cases and containers from multi-level racks, prepare pallets with an electric pallet jack, and ensure orders are loaded efficiently while meeting safety and quality standards.

The position works full-time on a rotating schedule, including multiple shifts and potential overtime. Training starts at $18/hour, then transitions to production pay after 90 days, with benefits described in the listing.

Qualifications

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime.
• Stand, walk, lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift 10–100 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Able to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Able to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Review work schedule and prepare for operations; perform safety checks.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move along racks to locate products.
• Manually place stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Remove batteries for recharging and complete equipment checks; finalize paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
