Job summary

Performance Foodservice is hiring for a warehouse position in Missouri. The role involves selecting cases, stacking and shipping customer orders from multi-level racks, using pallet jacks and forklifts. Training starts at $20 per hour with incentives and potential increases to $26+ per hour after training.

Shifts are Sunday to Friday with 4-5 day work weeks, 5pm start, about 40 hours weekly. Benefits begin day 1 with additional growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, lift and move product repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work in dry, cooler and freezer environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Able to become EPJ certified during training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse racks.
• Move completed orders to loading dock, wrap and label for shipment.
• Observe safety regulations and quality standards during operations.
• Work as part of a team to maintain efficient product flow.
• Follow safety policies, report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Prepare supplies, conduct safety checks on equipment before use.
