Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Warehouse Order Selector in Springfield, MO. You will select cases and containers from multi-level racks, load pallets with an electric pallet jack/forklift, and stage orders for shipment. Training precedes full duties, with potential earnings up to $37 per hour.

Typical schedule: Sunday–Thursday, starting at 3 PM, with 8–10 hour days. Benefits begin Day 1, and the role supports a safe and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 10–35 lbs regularly.
• Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures and keep work area safe.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and wear required PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Locate products on multi-level racks and place on pallets for shipping.
• Move completed orders to loading dock and wrap/readied for shipment.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at shift end.
