Job summary

Performance Food Group in Missouri is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick cases and other items from multi-level racks, prepare orders, and load shipments with an electric pallet jack, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting repeatedly, and working in a multi-temperature environment. Training provided with opportunities to progress, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures; keep work area safe and report hazards.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and ensure safety devices function.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack, move along racks, and locate items per order sheets.
• Transport completed pallets to shipping dock; shrink-wrap as needed.
• Replace batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist; finish required paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
