Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks an energetic Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations at the Frazeysburg, OH distribution center, directing up to 200 employees to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and accurate order fulfillment.

You will drive continuous improvements, leverage data and AI-enabled insights, and partner with HR and senior management to optimize staffing and performance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams of 30+ in distribution or fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Oracle.
• Experience presenting operational content in business meetings, standups, and town halls.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence peers and leaders.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar high-volume environments; Epic Area Lead experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large data sets to drive informed decisions and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and a team of up to 200 direct reports, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage overtime and timecard approvals with HR and leadership.
• Uphold productivity, reliability, and accuracy to meet fan expectations for on-time delivery.
• Implement process improvements to reduce errors and increase throughput.
• Supervise department activities to meet KPIs and prepare performance documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align with building-wide goals.
