Job summary

Elevate Human Capital is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in West Chester, OH to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely picking, packing and shipping. You will delegate tasks to a 7–10 person team, coordinate with Sales, Logistics and QC, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing dock space, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Speak and read English.
• 3+ years PVF industry experience.
• Ability to read and understand industry specifications, charts, and tables.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills; MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and operate a variety of equipment.
• Takes initiative and can work independently.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure timely picking, packing and shipping.
• Delegate workload to department leads and personnel while maintaining safety.
• Communicate with department supervisors and upper management via email.
• Manage daily operational reports and OT utilization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and QC on issues and requirements.
• Train personnel on company processes and procedures and maintain training records.
• Ensure shipping dock is organized and shipments are correctly labeled and documented.
• Oversee loading and unloading processes and Will-Call traffic.
• Participate in production meetings to address departmental issues and improvements.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
