Fanatics Commerce is seeking an energetic Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Fulfillment team at the Frazeysburg Distribution Center. You will oversee daily operations, manage up to 200 employees, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing teams of 30 or more in high-volume distribution
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Oracle
• Experience presenting operational content in meetings and town halls
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution center operations and lead up to 200 direct reports
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy across shifts
• Plan staffing, train and coach staff, and manage performance with HR and leadership
• Drive process improvements to reduce errors and increase throughput
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management
• Leverage data, AI-enabled insights, and technology to optimize operations
