Job summary

Contec is seeking a Supervisor I – Warehouse to lead day-to-day warehouse operations at our Spartanburg distribution center. You will oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure materials and supplies are delivered safely and efficiently to meet company goals.

You will direct work through Warehouse Leads, drive inventory accuracy in the ERP system, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with the Logistics Manager on process improvements and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience with large ERP systems and standard Office tools required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity, safety, and quality goals.
• Coach and develop team members; address issues and solicited feedback.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations per policies and procedures.
• Direct work through Warehouse Leads; plan schedules.
