Job summary

Contec Inc. seeks a Supervisor I - Warehouse to lead day-to-day distribution center operations. You will direct a team of warehouse associates, manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution, and ensure materials are delivered safely and efficiently to support Contec's goals.

You will coach staff, enforce policies, coordinate with ERP systems, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity. Strong warehouse management and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years related experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in warehouse management and international shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse team to meet productivity, safety, and quality goals.
• Coordinate receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations with ERP coordination.
• Direct work through Warehouse Leads and monitor KPIs daily.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via physical counts and ERP reconciliation.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements with leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and training across the team.
