Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the picking and packing teams in our Memphis, TN warehouse. You will ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and drive continuous improvement in productivity, safety, and workflow efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, strong leadership and communication skills, and solid knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily picking activities to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Identify processes to improve picking efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Coordinate labor and workload with other supervisors.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and equipment is used properly.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and training of picking staff.
• Prepare reports and present findings in meetings.
