• Experience managing in a distribution center and meeting productivity targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a DC functional area to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Train and develop DC associates.
• Maintain WCS/WMS knowledge.
• Report on operations metrics and safety.
• Drive process improvements and waste elimination.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and safe environment.
• Identify safety concerns and lead lean initiatives.
