Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate the tiered daily management system (DOR/WOR/MOR).
• Build governance for production programs with SLAs for materials and regulatory compliance.
• Develop training infrastructure including qualification systems and train-the-trainer roles.
• Create KPI dashboards and analytics, including labor and cost-per-unit analysis.
• Lead audits and change management for SOPs and WMS/ERP changes.
• Coordinate operating model across multiple buildings and programs with MFE.
• Prepare briefing packages for WOR/MOR and manage the Director's staff cadence.
