Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or other technical field/supply chain management.
• 10+ years in material flow engineering or supply chain roles with 5+ years of people management.
• 5+ years in high-rate manufacturing with heavy data utilization.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate to Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement material management strategies to optimize flow and support production across sites.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality for demand forecasting and planning.
• Own KPIs and reporting for production line health and efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement lean practices to improve material handling, storage, and distribution.
• Utilize ERP (Oracle) and WMS (Odoo) to track inventory and generate data-driven insights.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance across material management activities.
• Lead value stream mapping and line balancing initiatives to scale manufacturing processes.
