Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager for Warehouse Ops Excellence to architect and scale the MMF operating system across multiple buildings. You will translate strategic priorities into an actionable operating rhythm, decision-support packages, and organizational readiness tracking.

This role champions standardized processes and governance for warehouse operations. You will design training, qualification systems, and dashboards, coach leaders, and ensure metrics align with material

Qualifications

7+ years in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, or warehouse operations with leadership experience.
Proven expertise in TPS and structured problem solving.
Experience designing tiered daily management systems and training programs.
Strong KPI design, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
Experience with ERP/WMS platforms and system changes.

Responsibilities

Design and facilitate the tiered daily management system (DOR/WOR/MOR) and related templates.
Build and coach leader standard work, escalation protocols, and daily accountability.
Act as Kata coach and manage the CI pipeline (Kaizen events, A3s, savings validation).
Create governance for production programs, SLAs, and scorecarding with MMF/plant interface.
Design qualification and training systems, including onboarding and trainer roles.
Define KPI calculation, dashboards, labor and budget analysis, and headcount modeling.
Lead change management for new processes and WMS/ERP updates across multiple buildings.
