Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, or warehouse ops.
• Expertise in TPS principles: Kata coaching, A3, Kaizen.
• 3+ years designing tiered daily management systems.
• Experience building training and qualification systems.
• Proficiency with KPI design, dashboards, and actionables.
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms and process changes.
• Strong analytical skills with labor and budget modeling.
• Excellent communication and coaching across levels.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a chief of staff to a senior leader.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate the tiered daily management system (DOR/WOR/MOR).
• Build tier board systems, leader standard work, and escalation protocols.
• Coach supervisors and team leads on daily accountability.
• Own the CI pipeline — Kaizen events, A3s, and savings validation.
• Develop governance for production programs with SLAs and scorecards.
• Design qualification and training systems; onboard and train trainers.
• Define KPI framework and visualization; labor and budget analysis.
• Plan audits and drive corrective actions for compliance.
• Lead rollout of new processes and system changes (WMS/ERP).
• Architect operating model across multiple buildings and programs.
