Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Manager, Warehouse Ops Excellence to architect and implement the MMF operating system across multiple buildings. You will design the tiered daily management rhythm, establish KPI frameworks, and drive continuous improvement with coaching for supervisors and leaders on standard work and accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operational excellence or warehouse/manufacturing ops.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise with TPS principles: Kata, A3, Kaizen, standard work.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate tiered daily management systems (DOR/WOR/MOR).
• Build tier boards, leader standard work, and escalation protocols.
• Coach supervisors/teams on structured daily accountability.
• Lead CI pipeline: Kaizen events, A3s, savings validation.
• Create governance for production programs with SLAs and cost tracking.
• Develop training systems: skills matrices, onboarding, trainer certs.
• Define KPI calculations, dashboards, and budget/headcount modeling.
• Run audits and drive corrective actions for processes.
• Manage rollout of new processes, SOPs, and ERP/WMS changes.
• Shape multi-building operating structure and organization design.
