Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to coordinate and oversee daily warehousing activities, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate shipping/receiving, and drive safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in logistics, and forklift certification; RF scanners, WMS proficiency, and basic computer skills are essential. On-site position with potential weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE and work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Coordinate unloading, picking, and shipping per SOPs.
• Prepare activity reports for site management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in daily operations.
• Direct warehouse team to meet productivity and payroll targets.
