Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse management and WMS systems.
• Experience with ERP software and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP familiarity.
• SQF/food safety knowledge is highly desired.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises forklift lead, operators and clerks in warehouse activities.
• Oversees shipping/receiving, accuracy of shipments, and supporting documentation.
• Monitors inventory accuracy and conducts daily status reports.
• Enforces safety, discipline, teamwork, and GMP compliance.
• Coaches, trains, mentors, and develops team members.
• Coordinates shift handoffs and communicates key information.
• Interacts with internal customers and ensures timely transactions.
