Divergent is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead multiple warehouse teams across facilities and to drive performance and safety. The role includes supporting new WMS implementation, ensuring accurate inventory, and coordinating with purchasing and finance to align planning and execution.

You will oversee kitting, inbound/outbound processes, and cycle counting while helping to expand operations and optimize packaging and space utilization.

Formación

• Ability to lead and inspire large warehouse teams.
• Experience with inventory management and production kitting processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs and metrics for supply effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage warehouse teams for Divergent and Czinger.
• Develop execution plans to meet internal service level agreements.
• Support training and implementation of process improvements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, transaction history, and ERP receipts; assist monthly reconciliations with finance.
• Evaluate lifecycle processes and implement improvements for quality and timing.
• Develop cycle-count plans, reports, schedules, and adjust variances.
• Monitor material stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and planning.
• Revise kitting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing to align orders with receipts; drive reconciliation.
• Support warehouse expansion by assessing future space needs.
• Determine outbound packaging needs and develop budget forecasts.
• Provide hands-on support during peak demand.
