Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead multiple warehouse teams supporting production operations across facilities. You will develop execution plans, drive adherence to SLAs, and support training on new processes as we implement a new WMS platform.

You will oversee inventory accuracy, collaborate with purchasing and planning, and help optimize kitting, packing, and inbound/outbound flows while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to access information subject to US export controls.
• Ability to lead and inspire large warehouse teams.
• Strong communicator across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Develop and manage KPIs for supply effectiveness.
• Experience in inventory management and production kitting.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage warehouse teams for Divergent and Czinger.
• Develop execution plans meeting SLA targets.
• Support training on improvements and processes.
• Accountable for inventory accuracy in ERP; assist monthly reconciliations.
• Evaluate and improve life-cycle processes for quality and timing.
• Develop cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Coordinate with purchasing and material planning to improve accuracy.
• Support packaging and outbound requirements budgeting.
• Provide hands-on support as needed.
