Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-site warehouse, distribution, and light manufacturing operations across several U.S. locations.

You will oversee facility leaders, implement standardized processes, and drive customer fulfillment with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in operations, strong leadership, proficiency with ERP/WMS, and a track record of improving KPIs, inventory control, and cost performance while coaching

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in operations, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
At least 5 years of leadership experience, including responsibility for managers or multiple teams.
Experience leading multi-facility operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and KPI-based improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-site operations across warehouse, distribution, and production-support facilities.
Oversee facility leaders, establish KPIs, standards, and accountability.
Drive cost performance, budgeting, and resource planning with finance partners.
Improve inventory accuracy, material flow, and order fulfillment.
Coach and develop leaders, foster safety, ownership, and continuous improvement.
