Job summary

Divergent in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead multiple warehouse teams across facilities, drive performance, and ensure safety. You will oversee additive manufacturing production support, lineside kitting, and outbound logistics while implementing new processes and a new WMS platform.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI management, and cross‑functional collaboration with purchasing and planning to maintain stock accuracy and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls.
• Ability to lead and inspire large warehouse teams.
• Proficient using Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs and metrics in support of supply effectiveness, time to replenish, kitting/picking completion rates.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage warehouse teams for Divergent and Czinger across multiple facilities and activities.
• Develop execution plans to meet internal service level agreements (delivery dates, ship-by dates, receiving timing).
• Support training and implementation of systematic improvements and process updates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, transaction history, and ERP receipts, with monthly reconciliations with finance.
• Evaluate and improve part life cycle processes to ensure quality and timing.
• Develop cycle count plans, reports, and variance analysis.
• Track material stock levels and coordinate with purchasing/planning for accuracy.
• Revise kitting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing to align orders with receipts and drive reconciliation.
• Support warehouse expansion by forecasting space and inventory needs.
