Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Floating Supervisor to ensure timely order completion and optimal labor use in a busy Pick/Pack/Ship area. You’ll collaborate with the control tower to prioritize orders and manage shipping, picking and packing activities.

The role requires hands-on supervisory experience, familiarity with SAP and WMS, and a focus on KPI-driven performance. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 3 years in an SAP and /or WMS environment.
• Experience with inventory research.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage labor and equipment of the Pick/Pack/Ship operation.
• Ensure on-time completion and maintain order quality to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with control tower on labor management and order priority; oversee shipping, pick, pack and traffic.
• Supervise and coordinates activities of employees.
• Receive materials and transfer materials.
• Hire and train new employees for picking, packing, and shipping.
