Performance Team is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee activities related to ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials within a warehouse environment. The role involves planning inbound/outbound schedules and staffing to meet customer metrics, while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will supervise 20+ employees, coordinate workloads, and maintain inventory accuracy in collaboration with Inventory Control, payroll

Formación

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials in stockroom or warehouse.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Directs workers to specific duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and maintains harmony among workers.
