Talent Acq Llc is seeking a hands-on Warehousing & Inventory Supervisor to own finished goods inventory and lead warehouse teams across external locations in Washington. This role blends office analysis with floor operations, coaching operators, solving shipping issues, and keeping product moving efficiently.

You will audit inventory, oversee inbound/outbound flows, develop forklift teams, enforce safety and food-safety standards, and drive SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory control, shipping, or logistics.
• Supervisory experience, ideally in a warehouse setting.
• Comfortable with data, reports, and warehouse scanning tech.
• Lean or continuous improvement mindset, problem solving.
• SQL or technical background is a plus.

• Inventory accuracy through daily audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
