Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead multiple warehouse teams across facilities, drive performance and safety, and support a new WMS implementation. You will ensure accurate inventory, partner with purchasing and planning, and optimize kitting and packing processes to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead large warehouse teams.
• Strong, professional communicator who will work with multiple cross functional teams.
• Proficient using Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs and metrics in support of supply effectiveness, time to replenish, kitting/picking completion rates, etc.
• Experience and understanding of inventory management and production kitting processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced /cross functional environment.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage warehouse teams for Divergent and Czinger, supporting additive manufacturing production, outbound transportation, lineside kitting, and overall warehouse management.
• Develop a detailed execution plan, ensuring adherence to internal service level agreements (station level kitting delivery dates, outbound ship by dates, inbound receiving timing, external vendor delivery timing).
• Support training and implementation on systematic improvements and process updates, ensuring teams are up to speed with new tools and resources.
• Accountable for accuracy of inventory levels, transaction history, and receipts within the ERP system, and support monthly reconciliation with finance.
• Evaluate existing part life cycle processes and implement improvements to ensure quality, accuracy, and timing requirements are met.
• Develop cycle count plan, generate reports, schedule counts, validate variances, and complete count adjustments.
• Report and track material stock levels across all organizations; work with purchasing and material planning to drive accuracy across planning and demand activities.
• Revise existing kitting process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with purchasing to ensure orders align with receipts; drive reconciliation as needed.
• Support warehouse expansion by evaluating future space requirements based on demand forecasts.
• Determine packaging needs for outbound requirements and develop budget forecasts.
• Provide hands-on support to teams as needed.
