Job summary

Staci Americas is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage shift activities across multiple sites, optimize processes, and maximize productivity in a multi-site warehousing operation.

Responsibilities include coordinating space, staffing daily orders, ensuring safety, training hourly staff, and supervising shipping/receiving activities across sites to meet client requirements and deliver efficient fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control.
• Experience in a multi-client warehousing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and SOPs.
• Strong leadership and staff coaching skills.
• Ability to manage shipping/receiving and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Determine space requirements and ensure accurate inventory put-away.
• Manage daily work schedules of fulfillment associates.
• Ensure safe, proper operation and maintenance of equipment and a safe, clean working environment.
• Plan staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Train on the safe operation and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.
