Job summary

Caliberr Staffing seeks a Warehouse Operations & Systems Lead to own and optimize our distribution technology and daily logistics workflows. You will drive operational excellence by tuning WMS, managing inventory accuracy, and leading safety-first initiatives across the site.

You will direct end-to-end warehouse activities, coordinate with production, procurement, and sales, and mentor operators while championing data-driven improvements to meet evolving supply chain objectives.

As a Warehouse Operations & Systems Lead, you will serve as the primary architect for our distribution technology and daily logistics workflows. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture to meet supply chain objectives.

Responsibilities

• Optimize WMS performance through advanced configuration, database management, and the implementation of functional enhancements.
• Direct end-to-end warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control, to ensure maximum throughput.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate warehouse activities with production, procurement, and sales departments.
• Manage labor scheduling and resource allocation to align with fluctuating operational demands and business goals.
• Champion a culture of safety by overseeing equipment certifications, facility maintenance, and rigorous safety compliance protocols.
• Maintain inventory integrity by managing cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and overseeing material disposition processes.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for site-wide system modifications and network operations support.
