Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations in Torrance, CA to lead multiple warehouse teams across facilities supporting Divergent and Czinger production. You will drive SLAs, ensure inventory accuracy, and implement process improvements in our ERP environment.

You'll develop execution plans, manage KPIs, and partner with purchasing and material planning to optimize kitting, inbound/outbound flows, and space utilization in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Ability to lead and inspire large warehouse teams.
• Strong, professional communicator across cross functional teams.
• Develop and manage KPIs and metrics for supply effectiveness.
• Experience with inventory management and production kitting processes.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage warehouse teams across multiple facilities.
• Develop execution plans to meet SLAs for kitting, outbound, inbound.
• Support training and implementation of process improvements.
• Ensure ERP inventory accuracy and support monthly reconciliations.
• Evaluate and improve part life cycle processes.
• Develop cycle count plans and manage variance controls.
• Coordinate with purchasing and material planning to improve accuracy.
• Support future space planning and expansion.
• Determine packaging needs and budget forecasts.
• Provide hands-on support to teams as needed.
