Job summary

Divergent in California is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead multiple warehouse teams supporting additive manufacturing production and vehicle builds. You will oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and kitting, while driving efficiency and adherence to service level agreements across Divergent and Czinger facilities.

• Ability to lead and inspire large warehouse teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Develop and manage KPIs and metrics in support of supply effectiveness, time to replenish, kitting/picking completion rates.
• Experience and understanding of inventory management and production kitting processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage warehouse teams for Divergent and Czinger, supporting additive manufacturing production, outbound transportation, lineside kitting, and warehouse management.
• Develop a detailed execution plan to meet SLA targets: station kitting delivery dates, outbound ship-by dates, inbound receiving timing, vendor delivery timing.
• Train and implement systematic improvements and process updates across the warehouse teams.
• Ensure ERP inventory accuracy and monthly reconciliation with finance and accounting.
• Evaluate existing part life cycle processes and implement improvements to meet quality, accuracy, and timing requirements.
• Develop cycle count plans, generate reports, schedule counts, validate variances, and complete adjustments.
• Coordinate with purchasing and material planning to drive stock accuracy and demand planning.
