Job summary

HMTX Industries in Rincon, GA, is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead the warehouse team, ensure safe and efficient inventory movement, and partner with management to optimize staffing and processes. You will oversee daily operations, training, and performance management while maintaining a strong safety focus.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration across departments to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• LEAN warehouse principles experience with process improvements.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills for training and motivating a team.
• Experience training on forklift operation and safety.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, safety, OSHA.
• Experience with WMS, inventory systems, and MS Office.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and serve as liaison.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff and agency team members.
• Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources to meet demand.
• Oversee receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operators trained on safety.
• Promote safety by enforcing procedures and responding to incidents.
• Support inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Partner with office and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Prepare and present operational data to leadership.
