NFI Industries in Rincon, GA seeks a Warehouse Operations Lead to supervise daily warehouse activities under the Operations Supervisor. You will coordinate receiving, put-away, picking and loading, directing work assignments and providing hands-on support with material handling and forklift tasks.

Responsibilities include safety, quality and productivity enforcement, process improvements, training staff, maintaining clean and organized spaces, and ensuring proper storage and inventory controls.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System and basic computer applications.

• Work closely with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals.
• Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
• Directs work assignments to employees.
• Provides daily hands-on support in material handling and forklift responsibilities.
• Drives compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
• Communicates problems, concerns, and ideas to management; assists in finding solutions to problem areas.
• Ensures efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.
• Trains new and current employees on operational SOPs and WIs.
• Ensures the warehouse is clean and orderly; including organizing and rotating inventory, maintaining product labels, sweeping warehouse, and assist in staging orders for delivery.
• Ensures product is stored safely and in the proper place.
• Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Additional duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager.
