The Warehouse Supervisor in Houston, TX will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will ensure procedures align with company policies and safety standards while driving efficiency.

You will lead a team of warehouse staff, monitor performance, coordinate with HR for corrective actions, manage inventory accuracy, utilize the WMS for processing, and report on key metrics to management, contributing to cost

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years in warehouse/logistics or facility support.
1+ years in warehouse supervision or management.
Forklift certification is a plus.

Mansioni

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
Enforce warehouse policies, procedures and safety standards.
Review and approve employee time records and coordinate corrective actions.
Collaborate with HR and management on policy and performance actions.
Train, coach and evaluate warehouse staff for safety and quality.
Oversee inventory control, cycle counts and reconciliations.
Utilize WMS for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
Ensure OSHA compliance and equipment readiness; coordinate maintenance.
Analyze performance data and report to management; drive process improvements.
Partner with Facilities to maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.
