Job summary

Arvato in North Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to lead shipping, receiving, and traffic management, ensuring operational efficiency and accurate stock across all warehouse functions.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, develop cycle counts, monitor KPIs, and maintain WMS, Kronos, and Excel dashboards to improve inventory accuracy and workflow. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of warehouse experience; CPIM preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience
APICS CPIM certification is preferred
Proficiency with SAP, WMS and other warehouse management systems
Strong MS Excel skills and Windows OS knowledge
Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis
Knowledge of traffic coordination and handling large order volumes
Experience operating Cherry Picker/Reach Truck is a plus

Responsibilities

Overseeing inventory management activities including shipping, receiving, and traffic management
Coordinate inventory-related tasks with all departments to maintain order accuracy
Monitor and evaluate employee performance against KPIs and provide feedback
Develop and maintain cycle count and inventory control processes
Document and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards
Maintain inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency
Update and maintain WMS, Kronos, and Excel dashboards and metrics
Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation
