Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehouse leadership, experience with WMS, labor planning, and forklift ops, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on operations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of warehouse leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory, labor planning, and forklift operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
• Ability to obtain required internal industrial truck and trainer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.
• Supervise, train, coach, schedule, and hold employees accountable.
• Monitor labor, timekeeping, attendance, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, OSHA, and applicable food safety requirements.
• Support incident investigations, audits, equipment needs, and process improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with employees, customers, and internal departments.
