Qualifications

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and support performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute Schnellecke Logistics values, philosophy, mission, strategy, policies, and standards.
• Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics operations during the assigned shift to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage staffing levels, workflow distribution, and labor planning to meet operational demands and SLAs.
• Coach, train, and develop hourly team members while addressing performance and conduct issues.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service metrics; communicate performance results and updates to management.
• Identify and resolve operational issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and customer-driven requirements to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support goals and business objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
