Job summary

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

Operations Supervisor

Location: Defiance, Ohio
Salary Range:$60,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Position Summary

Are you an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys developing employees, improving processes, and keeping an operation running safely and efficiently? Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is looking for an Operations Supervisor to provide hands‑on leadership at our Defiance, Ohio facility.

This position will oversee daily warehouse activities, support employee development, monitor operational performance, and help ensure customer expectations are met. The Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

This position works in an active warehouse environment and requires frequent movement and material handling. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds independently or with assistance, work around powered equipment, wear required personal protective equipment, and work in varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, fumes, and odors.
