Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations, supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators. You will support Freight scheduling and ensure efficient receiving and shipping to stores.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication, and teamwork. May involve extended hours during peak seasons and close collaboration with store teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work with other departments and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance in the warehouse.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to enable efficient operations.
• Prepare activity reports and resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoicing, and receiving.
